Why are your products so cheap? Are they new?

We source our products globally at lower prices. They are brand new and genuine.

Can you provide VAT invoice?

Yes, VAT invoice can be provided on request when the order is delivered.

How long is the delivery?

For standard delivery, 2-5 working days (does not include Sat and Sun and Public Holidays).

Do you accept instalment payment?

Sorry we do not accept.

How can I contact you if I don't get an email response?

We always aim to respond to your email enquiry within 24 hours. If you don’t hear back from us, please check your spam folder or whitelist our email address and try again. You can also reach us by phone +44 203 669 1023 for faster assistance.

Can I use my credit card instead of PayPal?

Yes, you can pay with your credit card through PayPal. Just follow these steps:

  • You will be taken to the PayPal checkout page where you can choose to pay with your debit or credit card.
  • Enter your card details and complete the payment.

Do you sell UK version of products?

We sell international version of products that are compatible with UK standards, and we provide a generic adapter that works in UK outlets.

Can I collect the product in person if I live nearby?

We apologize, but we do not offer a pick-up service at the moment. Your order will be shipped by DPD or Royal Mail instead.

How can I confirm my order status?

You can easily check your order status on our website or by email. Here’s how:

  • After you place an order, you will see a confirmation page with your Order ID.
  • You will also receive a confirmation email to your registered email address.
  • You can log in to “My Account” and view your recent order history.

If you don’t see your order details or confirmation email within 1 working day, please contact our Customer Service Support (contact@techinthebasket.com) as soon as possible. Do not place another order before contacting us.

How long does it take to deliver my products?

Our standard delivery time is 2-5 working days (excluding processing time). If you need your products sooner, you can choose our rush order option for an extra fee of £10. This will reduce the delivery time to 1-2 working days (excluding processing time). Please note that rush orders are subject to availability and stock.

How can I track my order?

We provide clear information on how to track your order. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking code after you place your order. You can use this code to check the status and location of your order on our tracking page.
