Return Process Overview:

Authorization Period: Authorized returns are gladly accepted within 14 days of receipt for most items. Please refer to the terms and conditions below for specific details.

Initiating a Return: Return requests must be made within 14 calendar days of receiving your order. After approval, customers are required to pack and ship the product within the next 14 calendar days.

Product Condition: Opened items are authorized for return unless used, installed, or activated. All returns must be in their original packaging with all included accessories.

Data Security: Customers are responsible for erasing all personal data and installations before returning the products.

Returns Inspection: Our skilled technicians at Dealmonday will inspect returns upon delivery. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days if no issues are found.

Postage Responsibility: Customers are responsible for the postage to return the parcel to the designated address. Parcels that do not comply with the instructions will not be accepted and will be returned to the customers.

Terms & Conditions:

Product Value Deductions: For used, installed, or activated products returned due to a change of mind, up to 30% of the product value may be deducted from the refund as diminished product value.

Hygiene Deductions: An extra 10% of the item’s value will be deducted for returns of unsealed personal items (e.g., earphones, headphones) due to hygiene concerns.

Return Address Responsibility: Return parcels must be sent to the designated return address. Dealmonday is not responsible for parcels sent to addresses other than the designated return address.

Verification Requirements: Dealmonday reserves the right to request photos and serial numbers of items to verify their origin.

Warranty Exclusions: Our warranty does not cover specific damages or issues, including damage caused by liquid, intentional damage, accidental physical damage, and more. Please review the warranty terms for a comprehensive understanding.
